The process is not as instant as going to pick up a valance and bringing it home that day, but we find our clients leave their treatments from us for 10-20 years before replacing them. Our work is very visual and sometimes it is hard for our clients to see the final project in their minds, so we have a computer program that allows the customer to take a picture of their window and we can do a computer sketch with the fabric they pick and the style window treatment they want.
