- Evaluate Needs – Think about your storage needs given the types and amounts of items you need to store.
- Design Storage Space – Now, evaluate configuration options. Should you add shelves, baskets, labels, and other organizational tools to the closet?
- Restore – Place items back in the closet with similar items near each other. This will make it easier for you to find the things you need in the future.
An organized and decluttered closet saves you time and energy. It’s also pleasing to the eyes, which adds huge value psychologically, especially when you are confined to your home.
